Welcome to the Wetzel County Schools Nurses' Corner! Here we will provide the information needed regarding students medical needs, required forms, and other pertinent information.
Medical Forms are available from the "Forms" folder to the left.
New enrolments in PreK and K, all 2nd, 7th, and 12th grade students must turn in Health and Dental Check forms. Health forms can be obtained from your doctor, and dental forms can be found under 'forms' if your dentist does not have it.
